There's a number of shops in Mongkok that sell them as well as darts and other accessories. You can even get the soft-tipped type and electronic dartboards that calculate the scores for you.

Sorry, it's been a while so I can't remember the names of the shops in particular.

Hi,
If you're looking for a professional soft-tip board/machine as in the bars in Hong Kong. I have one from Germany available for sale, coin operated or on freeplay, never been installed as it is a wall mounted machine and bars prefer the floor standing models.
