Hi, i think i've heard that there's a minimum wage before you can be taxed.....is that true?

is it 10k? Will i be exempt from tax if my wage is below 10k a month?

single unmarried allowance is about $100,000

$10Kx12 = $120,000

income on which you will be taxed = $20,000

so your tax bill will be low
