I'm meeting someone for dinner that night, but I'll definitely join you guys afterwards. By the way, Mooch is a no-no, went there once, too crowded to really stretch yourself on the dancefloor. Mes Amis is more of a place to meet up for a drink, not for dancing either. Klong on Lockhart road is good even though it can get a bit tacky with a few girls trying get business there, but there's no entrance fee and the music is usually good with a mix of hip-hop R & B. but ye, klong plays good music too - and they have cool futons w/ canopies for seating in the front section (u can also play jenga and they give free peanuts ) lol

Hi guys,

OK, roamed around Wan Chai tonight with JJ (the guest of honor tonight) and we checked out a few places. He's been to both LKF and Wan Chai before and prefers Wan Chai in general, and I'm not interested in any hassle getting in anywhere which it seems there might be in some places in LKF. So why don't we say we'll start out at either Venue or KBG (Klong Bar & Grill) first, and then switch to another place (maybe Tribeca) from there if either of those places is boring? Sound like a plan?

Gonna try to make reservations for dinner tomorrow, so if anyone wants to change their plan (either add or remove themselves), please let me know.

hmmm...i can get myself into most of those places but when it's a big group the rules change...lol. i have VIP access at tribeca but it won't work for a big bunch of us...i'd love to check it out though, i haven't been there since it was revamped...
