if you can rent it out for 7k i am very interrested to sign a 2 year contract. also to pay 4 month deposit would be ok.

700 sqft + 1000 sqft garden area, 2.5 bedrooms, 2 WC, no view, between Sai Kung and Choi hung - 6.5K inclusive.
