Hello,

I've been lurking on this forum for a while now and it has been invaluable for our upcoming move from New York to Hong Kong.

My husband's company provides a housing allowance and we are looking at a building called Queen's Garden. Is anyone familiar with this complex?

Thanks in advance for any pros/cons of this building.

Its a very NICE building in Mid-Levels. Duplex flats, seaviews, high celings...

A good friend of mine has been living there for the past 3 years. Its a lovely place with a gorgeous view of the harbour.

I also have a good friend live there.

for the rent they pay I think you can get a lot better value for money. I think the 3/4 bedroom duplexes rent for about HKD80k per month.

The facilities are not that top notch for a place in that rent range.

Look in mid-levels west and you will get equally good but newer places with better facilities.
