I stumbled across this a few hours ago. You can sort by size and it'll give you an idea of what's available in which buildings but it deals with premium buildings.

Have you considered a serviced office or a virtual office as an alternative? If you can work from home than a virtual office would be great for meetings and acting as a business adress.

I saw a posting in central near the star ferry with sea view I believe ranging from 1800 to 10000 per month. I forgot what building because I was in a hurry.

seriously... Save yourselve a bunch of time and go see cliftons in central. [look them up on the web]. They are building a new site on Queens Rd, Central and have serviced offices/suites. I know them very well and couldn't recommend them more highly.

I am in a serviced office and we are moving around the corner in Wanchai next month.
There are 3 of us at the moment and looking for one more. Nice and quiet but in the centre of things!

Hello fellow office seekers,

Our company is located in the prestigious Harcourt House in Wanchai. I have two furnished office rooms with privacy, full sea views, use of the conference facilities and tea pantry.

I am flexible on the rent, however would need only serious individuals. This is not a 1000 a month deal either. Í want the space filled and will accept all offers for revíewing. Its better to fill the space than leave it empty.

How was your move? Which serviced office are you using right now? I'm looking for a nice serviced office that is affordable.
