Let's do a lunch thing in a Singaporean restaurant if anyone is up for it. We can do it this Saturday. The restaurant is in Wanchai.

hey lime79, you sure there is a SNG restaurant here? I know Katong laksa at Sheung Wan - yes, with cockles!- but nothing come close to SNG food except Garden City Hotel (North Point) part of the Sino Land Group (SNG co). I stayed here for a few yrs and gave up checking out stores with "Singapore"...serious.

Sabah is good but is Msian isn't it? I even got the Menu, they also have Tea time special. Banana leaf - a local one with branches in HK island - is reasonable. Thai & Indian food incl. They have roti tissue too - yummy.

actually, I dunno if roti tissue is the formal name - do not know the name in the menu either. It is like a flat round crisp, folded into a cone, served upside down with icing sugar sprinkled on the surface...ai yah vely hungry cannot tahan..
