Yes, there are a few NET teachers among the Singaporeans. I know several NETs, including angmohs. I've heard good and bad things, it all depends on the school you work for.

There was a monthly gathering of Singaporeans taking place at the Ritz Carlton. Not sure if it is still going on.

From what I have seen it was very business focused pretty much like the monthly ABC gathering (American Born Chinese).
