HI - My husband and I have been separated for three years. he lives in HK and I in Bangkok. We separated amicably, but when it comes to divorce, he just won't talk about it. So it seems I'll have to serve him with a petition. Anyone know if i can do this from Thailand, or do I have to be in HK? And any good lawyers you can suggest in HK? Thanks

I'd assume any of the larger Law firms in Bangkok will have some sort of sister firm in HK that can serve him with the petition on your behalf.
