I will be moving to HK in Feb. 2004 from Japan, and is looking at a service apartment or furnsihed apartment for 3-6 month, until I find a long term apartment.

excellent place and good service however, I picked the bay bridge and it is quite far from town but it is the cheapest around. if you have more cash to spare try the other service apartment in the group

I've not heard anything about the Happy Valley apartments. Will ask around though.
