Netvigator mail servers blacklisted

Quick FYI, if you use netvigator's mail servers for outbound emails.

Looks like they've been blacklisted for spammy activities on Spamcop ( a blacklisting service which we also ironically use .. )

http://www.spamcop.net/w3m?action=bl...218.102.32.138

Anyone here who can fast track this through their support system?

This is seriously not funny anymore .. I'm waiting for them to respond. 2 out of 3 emails are being rejected from my home connection which forces me to route through netvigator's servers.

(assuming they get my email .. would be rather tragic if email to customer service bounces because they also use the same black list they're on)

It would be a lot easier if Netvigator would just let us use our own fn SMTP servers

@ KIA / all

Hi Shri!

I guess I ll have the same problem... For any reason, I can't use the outgoing mailservers of German hosting company 1and1, so I do use Netvigator's servers for sending mails...

I really hope that there is any chance to solve this problem very soon, since I REALLY need the mails to be delivered without delay etc.

Apart from this, another very very weird story:
The Russian reply to yahoo.com or hotmail.com is mail.ru, so many people are using this email service.
The have banned nearly ALL IP addresses outside Russia... So when trying to send an email to a mail.ru email address, you get a reply immediately saying that you have to register your IP first... and after a check they might allow you sending emails...

Jeez, what the f***???!?!

As far as I know, the IP address changes every time you login if you are a broadband user!?!

I agree... But the hotel I was in for four weeks (Harbour Plaza), allowed me to use my own German SMTP servers, everything was working perfectly.
And according to their staff, they were also using Netvigator....

Business Netvigator connection. Not blocked.

By the way, looks like something has changed over the last hour or two. Lets see ...
