Thank you very much for suggestion, we did a lot, he even wrote to the German Chamber in hong Kong, but no feedback since then, but we will kee trying

I am assuming this person is involved in Corporate law.

You should also look at the large german law firms, IN germany. Many of them will have offices in HK or atleast will work closely with local firms here.

Another area of opportunity is the large German companies, Investment Banks which have regional HQs in Hong Kong and might need a german speaking lawyer.

The requirements for Criminal / Tax lawyers might be fairly negligble... I'd think.
