What are your salary expectations?

I am trying to get the information for my friend who's been working as a stock broker for a few years in the States and is willing to find the same job in HK.

not sure how easy is for foreign stock brokers to be headhunted in this region.

1. brokers mainly cover the retail market
2. have to be familiar with the local details
3. need to have own client to be 'in demand'
