Has anyone tried or used any of the free web hosting sites and if so what are the pitfalls? Thanks.

Hi!

For a free host, you can try Frihost.com.

The "pitfalls" is that you have to participate to their community. Which is Ok if you have a little time. I like it a lot better than all those that put plenty ad on your website !
