My wife is general manager for a company that handles shipping personal effects. The company has 12 branches plus a warehouse and a lot of trucks. She is expat from the Philippines and manages the entire operation and works very long hours. I need to find out if she is getting a fair deal. Can anyone suggest what salary, housing allowance, etc would be expected.

Not sure what relo is but thanks for the warning. In this case probably not a big deal. The reason I am scouting for info is because my wife will be meeting with the boss and needs some information for comparison purposes.
