The Indian Provision stores in Chung King sell frozen paneer. However, it is a bit dodgy sometimes. Cos they don't have proper expiry dates on them.

You can either make it at home and there is an easy solution or you can buy it at various Indian/Pak outlets. Try the Ali Baba Store in Wan Chai near the Mosque or the Indian Provision Store in Causeway. Bon Apetite!
