I'm moving in March to Hong Kong with my husband and two kids (33 and 15 months), we will look in the Sai Kung/Clear Water Bay area for a place to rent. We're not bringing any furniture with us, is it better to rent a furnished house or an unfurnished and buy all the furniture?
if u stay for 3 years or more, then rent an unfurnish and buy all the furniture. bec. you have kids and they will finish your furniture very fast. also, most furnished apartments will not provide any furniture for kids.
