Dog friendly place
Any advice on where is the dog friendly areas to stay in HK? I have an allowance of HK$40K and any chance of finding a decent plc with a small garden?

Discovery Bay is For You
I've been doing some research in that area also and I would say that Discovery Bay (DB) sounds like your best bet. Parks to walk your dog etc and I'm sure you'll find something nice for the amount of money you have stated or allowed for rent each month.
