living and working in HK

Hi all,

I am new to this site, I am a British born Chinese guy and I would love to work in HK, i am a web designer/developer and my other reason is that i have a girlfriend overthere and would love to settle down their, question is where do i start with a work visa? and do i need to be in HK to sort that out?..
