Wink pilates chums

I found out that the lady who sold me pants in Metropole was right. I have become a heifer. So, I am looking to join some sort of beginners pilates. I would like to join a class where I could meet some cool people who will help me stay on this project. At the moment, I only exert myself when I clean house. And, with my spouse it is never clean. I have never had to lose weight before. So, this is a new challenge. I need to lose like15- 20-30lbs.I am 140lbs and used to be 110lbs just 18 months ago. Over three months and I would like to feel a bit more fit. I am being realistic, I do not want to diet. I love to cook. I would like a class that is reasonable and offered during the day. I do not do gyms. Anyone in an awesome class that can handle one more?

Ooops, the message is more than 6 months old.. :-(

Nevertheless, does anyone have details/info on an effective Pilates class? The classes they offer in the gyms are waaaay too easy. It feels like a 15-minute routine stretched (pun not intended) to an hour.

That sounds good

You know there is a school that churns out instructors here so getting a student teacher or instructor is no problem. Does any one have access to a room ig enough for it? I do not. But, would like to join class.
