Question Mini-Vacation in the HKSAR?

Hello,

Me and my girl want to take a trip somewhere within Hong Kong for two nights. We are thinking of Lantau Island or Cheung Chau Island, but we do not konw too much about them. Do you have any suggestions of a fun getaway from the central city (where we have spent most of our time)

Thanks,
Jesse

If you can get by with Cantonese, then call Ms Lee 2984 1139. She runs the 3rd or 4th shop to the right of the pier, and has a wide range of flats and villas for rent all along South Lantau.

Ratewise mid week is best, and also prbably the best time to be on Lantau.
