I think a good option could be Shekou where a expats usually live.
I'll consider it next year cause I have to evaluate what is the best option for me that have 2 dogs. Have to compare villages in HK and villas in Shekou.
One thing that interests me a lot is new bridge (?) connecting Shekou and HK that wiil be built soon. With a car it would be quite convenient to go to HK. Anywa, I work in Kwai Chung and it's ok from Shekou. Maybe who works in Central has some problems with the commuting time.
