Changing employer in Hong Kong

Hi,
I have been in HK for 1 year. I have worked 1 year with one school ( and have left at the end of the year with good references)and I have now been with another school for 3 months. I am going to hand in my notice and look for another job as this is not working out .
I heard worrying stories about applying for another work visa in the same year. I am also worried of 'black listing' as I found out that many of my predecessors ( there has been an incredibly high number) have not been treated very well (though I have not heard of 'black listing' as such).
Hope that some of you know a little more about this.
Thanks a lot for all the help you can give.
Martha
