about me: I am a student here for a semester from the U.S. I do speak Mandarin but not Cantonese, although many here think I speak it since I can look "local." ummm...want to explore HK and do lots of touristy stuff, but also karaoke and other "local" stuff too. how often are these karaoke/drinking/gatherings held? would love to go karaoking but busy this weekend...anyways just wanted to say hi! | |

| | HKNovice.....A lot of get togethers are organised depending on how each one of us feels during the week, what we would like to do during the week end or even what we decided when all of us met the last time sooo......you can also come up with a suggestion and the response that you get will tell you exactly what your weekend or week will be like!!!

welcome to HK. moved here abt a month ago from west phila. so far its been great. just been traveling in the region a bit so never made it to any of the happy hrs, even through i have been threatening to do for a while.
