Remote TV connection
Today I wanted to change the wiring so that I could watch TV in a room far away from the connection. The NOW service guy said that it was too far for a cable and that I would need wireless remote. However, I called them back today and they said there is a new "hub". This has one plug near to the original plug and another where I want the TV to go (but different from wireless remote). Can anyone enlighten me??

Maybe he was referring to networking via the power lines in your home.

How far is the other room?

We have the NowTV on a 40 foot cable (supplied by the tech that installed it) and do not have any problems.
