| plug adapter 110/220 Just bring back a XBOX from japan. I did not realize that it cant convert the electricity until I broke three socket. Now i am just praying that it didnt damage the xbox. After this stupid story, Pls let me know where can i buy a plug adapter In Central. Thanx |

| Japan home center *might* have them ... If not .. try the Wanchai Computer center.

| Definitely Wanchai computer centre should have all the adapters you need. I don't know the Xbox, but if like a computer it has an isolated power supply, you might have got away with damaging an easily replaced part. Try here: http://forums.llamma.com/ Indications are that you can replace the power supply (which is almost certainly fried, while the console itself should be okay) to one for HK voltage . If you don't want to wade through the forum, you can probably just take the whole thing into Wanchai and they'll tell you what you need to know. They're pretty good. A PC power supply costs around 300 - an Xbox, couldn't say, but might well be more. |
