Question Best English Library?

what area would you say has the best english library? For childrens books especially.

hi,

Yup the Central Public Library in Causeway bay, just opposite victoria park is the largest public library and has the widest selection of English
books. Sorry but I have no idea about the childrens section.

You just need to take your ID card and a proof of address to the library. Fill out the form and that's it.

Should be the HK ID card or passport?
I have only passport at the moment, no HK ID Card

passport is ok, but you need to have someone with an ID card normally "sponsor" you, kind of like a promise if you flee the country they will take liability.
