You can also take the MTR to Admiralty and walk across the walkway. You have to walk through Queensway Plaza and there is a walkway that leads to the waterfront. Lots of people like to smoke on it. Walk to the waterfront and enter the office building there (near the Tamar site). Go to the ground floor and exit and cross the street and you will smell the stench of sewage. When you smell it, you know you're in the right place.
Walk towards your right and if you look to your left, you will see a white building with a blue fire escape on the outside of the building. The barber shop is on the ground floor.
If they mess you up, don't come back here crying to me.

I used to get my hair cut there over 10 years ago. They have the equipment, but not the know how to give you the kind of cut you'd get at a black/Latino barbershop in the US. They basically do standard Navy cuts, but without any kind of outlining on the front and sides. All they can do is fade your hair down. the US Navy guys with more complicated 'hip-hop' hairstyles (caesars, points) cut each other's hair. Believe me, I know, I've discussed it with them.
I can cut hair and I know what I'm doing, but I don't really enjoy it because I'm a perfectionist and it takes a hell of a lot of concentration. I also don't particularly enjoy having hair all over me, and cleaning my clippers afterwards is a real PITA.
It's the desire for a perfect cut that led me to learn how to cut hair through trial and error. If anyone really needs a cut, the minimum it would take for me to get my clippers/straight razor out would be $300. I've been shaping up my friends and family for about eight years, but I primarily cut my own (using two mirrors).
