skitz

It is at glouucester Rd and Fenwick and they are an English band that does R&B. there is another R&B band that plays at JJ's in the Grand Hyatt also in Wanchai. There is also a very funky big band that plays in Grappa's cellar in Central the first of the month.

Thank you Colette. My husband will surely check those places out, and who knows, maybe some day you will get to see him play drums

Skitz (God I hate that name) is a comfortable size venue that we've taken for shows recently. We are Underground, local promoters determined to get live music going here. It holds about 300, we had our first show there last week. We lean toward music that is edgy in some way. Currently mostly punk and hardcore, but our minds are open.

Check in with Chris at www.underground.hk.com (her email address should be in there).

Fringe Club has also been hosting live music...

Thanks Punk. Great that there are people trying to get live music going in Hong Kong! I went to that site but seems like it is not up yet. Just a link to the mail service provider

Yeah, we're trying, and it's not easy. We're not 'professional' promoters, just people who want live music. Sorry, the link is http://undergroundhk.com/

There are quite a few A-M's in the HK Gold Coast area. I think they might work for Disney.

HMMm.

I guess they need lots of cast members to make up for having only six rides and being smaller than Victoria Park.
