Smile utility costs?

I'm trying to figure a budget for Hong Kong living. Can you tell me how much the security deposits and typical monthly expenses are for these?

water
electric
telephone
natural gas
cable TV

Also, have I overlooked any other housing-related expenses?
Thanks

How about internet? And by "phone" do you mean landline, mobile or both?

PCCW (phone/internet/broadband tv) $800 deposit if you don't have a HK Credit card. This gets deducted from the bill of one of the services until it is used up. They offer deals all the time but I think I pay around $380 per month for all 3 services.
