I am going to rent this house, what do you think?

• it's a pent-house, a loft, whatever you call it.
• Located in 10 mins walk from Wong Tai Sin MTR station,
• a few mins walk to everything
• security on gaurd
• 4 unit in each level, total 11 storey
• have lift
• total 800sq fts include root house
• the apartment include 10th, 11th, and root area with internal exit
• 11th floor is the living area, include kitchen, dining, living, and bathroom.
• internal stair to root house and big balcony
• iether can enter from front door of 10th floor or internal stair case from 11th floor( same size as 10th), 10th is super master bedroom, include walk in walldrobe( 70sq. ft), study(50 sq.ft), bedroom( 100 sq. ft) and bedroom ( 50 sq.)

and only to single girl or couple, no kid allow.

agree, Wong Tai Sin is not particular a nice area. In fact, a lot of council flats
