Question Discovery Bay Residents' Club

Does anyone know whether membership in the DB residents' club is open to tenants (as opposed to DB home owners)?

Yes most definately. You need the owner/landlord to countersign the membership application form or something like that.

Thanks, Discobay! That's what I wanted to hear.

I've been looking into the residents' club, and there's something called a 'debenture' fee - is this some kind of deposit? Can you get it back?

My application did not list a 'debenture fee' but a refundable $1000 deposit is required per cardholder.

The application form requires that the owner nominates the tenant; the form can be obtained from the Residence Club or call their Member Relations office at 2987 7381.
