Does anyone know any agencies or individuals who deal in houses suitable (and comfortable with ) basing 20-40 people beach parties?

Having been couped up HKU dorms for sixth months I'd like to stretch out and have a little freedom for my bday I've heard of suitable facilities being used before by friends of friends, but no direct leads..

I was going to get a ferry over to Lantau/Cheung Chau/Lamma tomorrow to hunt, and I've been told suitable estate agents will possibly be found near the ferry peers, but any direct information would be very much appreciated...

Update: Checked out Lantau a couple of days ago and found nothing appropriate (too small/seculded) with the basic agencies and their websites...

Will try out Lamma tomorrow..

I did the Lamma/Lantau/Cheng Chau runs, but with my isshy cantonese I could only find some pretty dull 6 person apartment things which were way more family than party

PDLM: My friend actually worked at that place for months, but didn't think about it because he just associated it with kids, but it was a throughtful suggestion..

rani: Concert looks great but is somewhat over our budget

masha: In the end we've booked out a stock 30 man junk... I'll send positive or negative feedback to the group so others can benefit.

At the end of my search I was pointed twice towards Sai Kung, I'll look into it for future events soon and pass on any findings..
