Can anyone suggest a place catering for a board meeting for about 20 people? better be casual-styled. not too expensive. best if able to bring along with animals. Thank you!

Bring animals into the board room or the resort??

You may want to look at the Goldcoast resort area? A little bit off the beaten track but its laid back, casual and good for a day event. It is also pretty reasonably priced.

My office building near Pacific Place has a popular and elaborate meeting and conferencing room rental place (see web-link below).

Don't know how Management would take to hosting Animal Farm board meeting. But the sight of Yuen Long crocs, pigs, ducks, bears, etc being trooped through the lobby and elevators in this location is bound to bring some excitement to the lives of the stoic, sombre, and somnolent* security guards downstairs.

You could use one of the great seafood restaurants on Lamma such as the Lancome. They have an outside area which will seat 20 and have always let us in with the dogs.
