hey there, why don't you PM me, and I'll send you the details of my personal trainer? He comes to you anywhere around HK (I'm in Tung Chung).... have had him about 6 months and lost about10 kilos, built up body strength, endurance and feel great!

First time actually - in australia my PT didn't achieve anywhere near these results!

He also does the whole diet, checking nutrition, etc....

can't recommend him more highly!! really really great

He is currently working at pure fitness, IFC. He is fully qualified and travels around to club houses etc. to train. I lost 20lb for christmas (I had to fit into a dress I bought ) through his training. He is also bilingual!

You may consider Optimum Performance Studio as they have a range of freelance personal trainers. You do not have to join a fitness facility but only arrange sessions with your trainer at your convenience. I would highly recommend Eddie Chambers. He's my personal trainer and I have been with him for over 6 months. He looks at everything from nutrition through to the best type of training to meet your target. He pushes you which is great, particularly when your not in the mood. In addition, what I particularly enjoy is that he takes his time to explain how the muscles move and operate. His number is 60371151. He already has a lot of clients, hopefully he can help you and fit you in. He's really good!!
