I really want to sue Air India. Anyone has any idea/experience in doing so?

hahaha....wow I can smell the masala on this thread. Try joining one of the many groups around town for Indian people, perhaps even the Indian Recreation Club in Happy Valley...

Depends on how "Indian" you want to go.

There are several groups that you can split Indians up into.... just like any ethnicity.

You have the newer generation who are fairly cosmopolitan and complete at home drinking cosmopolitans -- Hong Kong is just another international posting for them.

Then you have a fair number of first timers, who are still keen on hanging out with other Indians.. need to join the various Indian groups, need to rent their Indian movies every week and invariable need to break into Hindi (which I can barely understand beyond the initial hi-how-are-you and a few choice bombay curses).

And the fourth type who is not really an Indian other than by ethnicity.. second, third generation overseas born...

Then you have the Indians who have been born and bred in Hong Kong....

Needless to say, there are about three dozen other types who fit in between these stereotypes mentioned.

Mimi: You can sue Air India just like you'd sue any other airlines or commercial entity.... assuming you'd have figured that out by now.

Hi guys!

Hi all,

Thanks so much for your help. I am really nervous to relocate as I have never been anywhr in Asia apart from India and really dunno what to expect.
I am told that rents are really expensive in hong kong and I would have to shell abt 4-5 k US dollars a month if i wanted a decent place in downtown...is that true ..?
also wanted to know if hong kong is a safe place for women ?
Thanks again...
