Where can I find the mortgage interest rate developement of the last 2 years (in HK)?

You could start from here since mortgage rates are linked to interest rates. Usually a bank will give you a P-2.5% rate (where P is the prime rate)

Thanks for your help...ok....I have been to that site, and then checked the interest rates of the last 2 years at http://www.info.gov.hk/hkma/eng/stat...ch/T070301.xls
...but how do i apply the P, to the basic interest rates...P changes from time (I guess), but P is not given on that site....
sorry, but i dont understand much about finance....i just need to collect somehow the mortgage rates of the last 2 years....

In fact that missing P has been set floating for last couple of yrs.. Althogh it follows the benchmark interbank rate set by HKMA, in principal each bank decides its own P and P+/-9.99 as well..
