Hi,

I was wondering if there are shops / bakeries in HK theat sell organic food. Particularly I am looking for bread made of kamut or spelt which are a substitutes for wheat. There must be other people with wheat allergies in HK?

There is also a new organic cafe opening up, along the escalators at Stanton Road close to SOHO area. I am not sure if it has opened yet, but I have seen a very BIG sign of the organic cafe opening soon.
