i am a cell phone retailer in the USA and i find that purchasing unlocked phones from hong kong is much cheaper than getting them in the states and many people from hong kong are selling brand new phones and refurbished phones.But i need to get better prices and better sources because after shipping and duties to the states the prices almost come back to the same amount that i pay in the states,so i was wondering if anyone knew any website or any place i can go in hong kong to get gsm cell phones at rock bottom prices ,do they have refurbishers in hong kong and does anyone have any contact info for these places?

Depends on if you want old as in year or so plus gsm phones?
Theres a lot of cheap stallholders selling these around shamshuipo.

Where are you getting them from currently? Please don't say fortress or any of the mobile phone shops as you'll of course be paying top whack.

try Chung King Mansions in Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon.

lots (and I mean LOTS) of cell phone wholesalers there, especially on the 1st floor of the shopping arcade.
