I'm going to book a hotel room for my fiance (for about 25 to 30 days), and it's the first time i make a hotel booking, so i'm just wondering how can i get the best rates?

(1) make the booking online
(2) directly make a call to the hotel
(3) go to some travel agencies and ask them to do the booking for me

Could someone please tell me the best way to make a booking?

For those sort of time frames, contact the hotels directly ... or look for a serviced apartment for slightly better rates.
