Unhappy Desparate To Get Kids Into Schools

Hi

We have two sons (kindergarten and Year 1) and have applied to an ESF school and French International for Year 1 and have been wait listed.

The kindergarten (Woodlands) application is still being processed and we cant wait to here the good news!

In the meantime, I have inquired from most other schools that have been recommended by the company (German Swiss Intl, HK International etc) and await their responses regarding vacancies.

We have the option of residing either in Parkview or Cloudlands, and hope to relocate to Hong Kong once schools are sorted, ideally end Feb/ early March.

Could you please advise what else we can do to obtain admission to schools ? I cant imagine that the company would expect us to relocate (with such short notice) if getting into schools is SO difficult!

My husband leaves for HK coming Saturday!
HELP PLEASE!!!

Thanks

Thusw,

Did you try the International Montessori school in Wanchai? Another member was able to get both her kids admitted a few months ago.

Here's their contact info

Kindy

Hi Thushw,
For your Kindy, you may want to check out Small World Kindergarten in Borret Road, Central. Highly recommended.

PIPS located right within Parkview may be an option to start with, at least for the younger one. Handy if you choose to live there.
