hi all

i will going to interview this job tomorrow morning 10am.
by the way how much do you think of the expected salary i can write to them ? please give commends.
( art director / senior graphic designer salary ---------------according jobsdb salary statistic is HK15,000-25,000 )

REPONSIBILITIES:
Understand the trends in design and branding (Especially Cosmetic, Skincare & FMCG)
Build an internal design team to ensure the quality of works
Develop creative concept for existing jobs
Handle multiple projects and work under tight schedule with minimal supervision
Work with studio, production and supplier to implement clear time paths and processes

REQUIREMENTS:
Diploma / Degree in advertising / graphic design or above
At least 5 years solid experience in advertising/design agencies (Those with less experience can apply for Senior Graphic Designer)
Excellent graphics skill is key asset
All rounded team leader, having exceptional design experience and sensible to illustration, photography, typography and layout in different media
Good leadership and communication skills and sound visual organization
Self motivated, result oriented, energetic and passionate for skincare industry
Strong ability in strategic thinking, conceptualization and with strong beauty sense
Able to work under pressure to meet tight deadline

hi wery,
it depends on where you've worked so far and what your portfolio is like. for someone with 5 years experince, i think 25k is a very considerate expectation.
ideally, i always see how much i'm currently earning and aim for a straight 60-70% hike from that. having said that, if you instinctively like the place when you go there, try and be not so rational and take it! you're a creative and there's no point earning gold and creating dung, is there? best of luck.
