Our teakwood coffee table has been damaged - our helper ironed clothes on it!!!!! Now the surface has been burned in several places with clear iron marks!!!!!

Does anyone know where we can go to have it repaired? We have called several furniture shops but they only do Rosewood furniture. Shambala only serve their own customer.

Any advice is much appreciated!

Did you get anywhere with this? I am looking to get someone to re-polish my hardwood dining room table. ..

Yes, we found one furniture shop that can re-sand and re-polish the surface but it will cost us $ 3000!!!

At the end, I just polished the table with brown shoe polish. The result is ok, at least the iron marks are not that obvious and ugly (no more white marks on the table, only light brown marks)

I know Shambala in Horizon plaza has a number of furniture polishes and I suspect they have something that might do better justice than shoe polish. I'd call them ..

I have called them but they only offer the service to their own customers. I have tried their wax but it didn't work
