Can anyone recommend where is the best place to stay in Hainan (Sanya Bay) during CNY?

I would like a place where they are lots of activities and night life, but not too expensive.

Any other recommendations are much appreciated. Thanks!

What is the best way to get from city to city in Hainan? I was thinking about flying into Sanya and then working my way up through the hilly region...ending up in Haikou. Has anybody done this before, or anything similar?
