Buddy List - what does it drive?
Does the Buddy List actually drive anything? Is there a 'Buddies currently online' viewer somewhere or 'send PM to all buddies at the same time' option? I can't figure out if it is more than just a personal notepad.

Just enabled the user reputations .... use "rate user" to add / subtract from someone elses reputation. Can be a lot fun when you have a critical mass (or a mass of critical) of users... We used it a while back and saw a lot of interesting comments about a lot of people. Most of them I cannot repeat in public.
