| | | My standard kid gift is building blocks. Not necessarily legos as they are too small for many kids, but big wooden blocks with the alphabet on them. Building blocks we used to call them as kids.
They are too big to swallow and as the child grows and learns about the joy of destruction, they make wonderful projectiles for use against other children. You might want some with rounded edges if that is the case. | |

Originally Posted by mercury_element this blocks thing is too early to give to a "3-month-old' kid. | i agree with you, mercury_element...i always ended up buying rattles and different shaped/coloured toys for my twin-nieces..they are good for the development of the kid's sense of sound, touch and sight..buying clothes is the easiest task...try to buy a bigger size than 3 months though..hope this helps!
