Can anyone recommend yoga places in central to me? I'm a beginner and work in central so i'm thinking of attending lunch time classes.

I think they have that at Fitness First. Right above Cosco Tower.

well as much as i resent having to sign a contract that i can't get out of, i must say that planet yoga is quite good. they have so many classes from early morning to late evening (just did one yesterday at 9:45 pm). and the standard of instruction is quite good as compared to pure, for instance. just get past their hard core marketing and you'll get a lot out of it. they are in silver fortune building in central, at corner of wellington and d'aguilar.
