Been offered a top floor flat 1400sqft for 22K a month.
I am currently in the heart of TST and am considering it. I spoke with a few local pals in the KP area today who tell me that their kids often get sick due to the very close proximity of the hospital.

Does anyone live near here and have any comments?.

Err .. more likely they're getting infected in school.

Reminds me of the days when people did not want an Aids hospice of sorts opening up in their neighbourhood because it would err .. give them Aids.
