Anyone know of anything (other than the ones advertised on here which I am already looking into) in Happy Valley...we want to try out the area before we commit...looking for 1-2 months and around $15k per month. Less is good. More is acceptable.

I think there's several at Happy Valley but the price could be quite high. Though you could try staying at a hotel in that district with a monthly package, should be cheaper.
