A friend of mine teaches Tai Chi and Xing Yi Chuan in Fortress Hill every Sunday from 9am to 10:30am.

If you so feel inclined to do a little travelling, may I also recommend checking out systema classes every Saturday from 3-5pm in Kowloon Park.

Hi Hkbok,

Punong Guro Abner Avienas (Senior Instructor) is teaching Filipino Martial Arts (FMA) in Quarry Bay every Wednesday and Saturday. This guy is quite good (I am training with him once in a while) and there is for sure a lot to learn from him. His classes are rather inexpensive.

It is weapon and empty hand but the focus is on stick and blade.
